Sliced Brisket served with mashed potatoes and horse radish cream sauce   $ 9.25
Grilled Idaho Trout grilled and topped with Lemon Butter sauce $ 9.25
½ Roasted Chicken half of a marinated and roasted chicken  $ 9.25
Roasted Pork loin with garlic and caraway, sliced and topped with Au Jus sauce. $ 9.25
Sausage Plate choice of two favorite sausages; knackwurst, bratwurst or polish    $ 9.25
German Sampler Plate Wiener Schnitzel, roasted Pork loin, Polish sausage $13.50

Your guest may choose from:  Cheese Cake, Carrot Cake, Apple Strudel

A cake brought in by your party will have per person a $1.95 service charge added to the check.

Open Bar-Host will pay for all Liquor, Beer & Wine ordered.
