White Bread Dumplings

Serves 12 persons
14 oz. bread crumbs
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
2 cups milk
8 oz. butter
chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Mix butter in processor until creamy.
Add egg yolks and whole eggs slowly to make sure butter stays creamy and not runny.
Soak bread crumbs in milk for 20 minutes, and then mix with butter.
Add seasoning and parsley and let rest in coll place for 30 minutes.
Heat salt water in medium size paot. Wet your hands and form small dumplings 924, 2 per serving ).
Simmer dumplings in hot salt water for 10 minutes.
Dumplings can be used in soup, or larger dumplings make a delicious side for stews.
